Amazing service as always! I not only bought my car here, but I've had most of all the service done on my car here too. The ONE time I took my car anywhere else for service was a HUGE mistake. I brought my car in to get the rear brakes replaced at Les Schwab. After waiting five hours at the shop without anyone giving me any indication that there was something wrong with my car, Les Schwab told me at 5pm on a Saturday night that they unfortunately weren't able to finish my service (my car was still in maintenance mode, all the lights on the dash were on and my "new" brakes were EXTREMELY soft) and suggested I take my car to the dealership. Lesson Learned: I should've taken my car to Roy Robinson Subaru in the first place. Les Schwab is great for tires, but do yourself a favor and take your Subaru to the dealership for everything else. After bringing my car into the service department at Roy Robinson Subaru, they took a look at my car and realized that in order to complete the service, it would take more than a couple hours. Turns out there were a slew of problems going on with my car Les Schwab didn't notify me about in regards to the "service" I had at their shop. Even though I didn't have an appointment to get a loaner car, the service department at Roy Robinson found a car for me to get into so I wouldn't be stranded at the dealership. A week later, my car is back to running like it should and I didn't have to pay anything extra since Roy Robinson worked with Les Schwab on my behalf to make sure LS covered the extra service. Huge props to both Jonah and Ryan for taking care of me from the moment I walked into the service department to the moment I drove my car home from the dealership and all the in-between with keeping me in the loop on what was going on with my car the week they had it. I learned my lesson - I will never take my car anywhere else, but to the service department at Roy Robinson Subaru. You guys saved the day and I can't thank you enough.Customer for life!

Great purchasing experience with Troy Bowden

Purchasing with Troy Bowden at Roy Robinson was an easy and pleasant experience. Troy was able to locate the exact car I was looking for, had it ready and answered all my questions. The overall process with Roy Robinson is so much better than other area dealers, no back in forth the the sales manager or other annoying sales techniques. Friendly Customer Service - No Pressure!

I had a wonderful experience at Roy Robinson. I went in not sure what model I wanted and the salesman, Dan Leahy, was extremely helpful and patient with me while I figured it out. With his guidance I found the vehicle for me. He took the time to go over all the features an functions of my new Forester which was above and beyond my expectations! I just bought through Troy Bowden in Marysville. He was everything I could want in a sales person. Patient, knowledgeable, capable of doing comparison/ contrast between models and features, not overselling, factual info. Several trial trips to test different models For visibility, for noise, for comfort, and pick up in for visibility, for noise, for comfort, and pick up and go. Incredible patients, factual information, and a very easy person to work with. You never exhibited any of the stereo typical cheesy stuff that one dreads. Having been in sales myself for 18 years, I really wasn’t wanting to do the whole song and dance with me causationHaving been in sales myself for 18 years, I really wasn’t wanting to do the whole song and dance with me causation and this experience was absolutely simple and pleasant. My adult children were googling this and that long distance texting me questions etc and Troy was two steps ahead of them. Do you know they pay a lil spiff to a referral customer? Nice touch! Lovely environment but TROY BOWDEN was the best. I had been dreading this. It was nothing I feared. As a single gal, I hate when the first look is at your ring finger and first question is where my husband is.

Best car buying experience I've had

I knew what I wanted, so I made an appointment with Troy Bowden to look at in stock Foresters and take a test drive. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and headed to Troy's desk. I was using the Costco Auto Program, and Troy had everything ready. We discussed my " wish list " and took a test drive in the model I wanted. My first color choice wasn't available anywhere, and wouldn't be available from Subaru until next month, so Troy took me around to look at every color on the lot. Before I settled on a color, Troy made one more check and found a color I hadn't seen. He went out to find that car and drive it to the front door.The minute I saw the blue Forester, I knew I had my car! I'm so appreciative of Troy's patience and efforts to ensure that I was happy with my selection. All paperwork was carefully reviewed with no sense of my being hurried. Throughout the process, Troy was friendly, professional and respectful. That's important to me, and a very pleasant contrast to my last car buying experience. In just a few hours time, I was happily driving home in my new car. Altogether,the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks, Troy!

I purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from Roy Robinson and it is my first Subaru. So far, I love, love, love it!!! Susan Mathis assisted me with my purchase, and she is by far the best sales specialist I have ever worked with. She made me feel that not only was I buying a Subaru, but I was also making a friend. My perception of her is someone who is very confident, kind, and genuine. She made herself available for questions and her follow up was impeccable. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job familiarizing me with the Outback. The Best Subaru I Have Owned.

I had leased a 2017 Legacy from Robinson Subaru. I had intended to change at the end of the lease to an Accent. We had owned three Outbacks previously and when it came down our needs we determined that we would best served with another. We do at least one round trip cross country drive each year and that made the economy of the Outback with the proven 2.5I engine a better choice for us. The difference in price and the styling and tech advances of the latest addition closed the deal for us. David Jennings has been our sales rep since maybe two years before we bought anything from him. He and your great F & I department made the whole transaction as smooth as silk and accomplished all our goals in the trade. Every department at Robinson Subaru has earned our complete trust. Completely positive experience!

This is our second new purchase from Roy Robinson Subaru and we worked with Jeramy both times. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and low key. My wife and I are both prone to anxiety and purchasing a new vehicle already had us on edge, but *everyone* from Roy Robinson, and especially Jeramy, helped assuage that. It was also reassuring to know that we wouldn't have to haggle; they offered a competitive price and a fair deal on trade with zero negotiation. If I didn't love our cars so much I'd gladly be back for another. We've also had vehicles serviced there as well and have had no complaints.

New 2020 Subaru Forester

On November 20th, 2019, we were contacted by David Jennings of Roy Robinson Subaru after initiating an inquiry on Costco.com about the Costco vehicle purchase program. David was so patient and helpful, as we drove 3 different trim packages, colors and option packages. We purchased a 2020 Forester Limited in Jasper Green. We could not be happier. The car is fantastic, the dealership experience was the best we have ever had. In fact we returned the next day and purchased a 2015 XV Crosstrek as well. They had the perfect car for our needs. Roy Robinson Subaru is great. I hope your experience there will be be as good as ours was.
